What you get when you buy Accounts payable.

Last updated 3 November 2026.

What you are buying

A licence to install and use Accounts payable, a plugin for Claude Code that reads and checks your supplier invoices and prepares payment runs for you to approve, on your own computer. It is an annual licence, at the price we agree with you. We aren't registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. You can pay for the year in full, in advance. That costs at least 15% less than 12 monthly instalments. Or you can pay in 12 monthly instalments, each invoiced in advance. If you choose instalments, you owe the whole year once the licence starts. Stopping the instalments doesn't cancel what's owed.

Who can buy

You can buy Accounts payable if you live in, or your company is incorporated in, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or the United States. Accounts payable asks where before you buy, and won't sell anywhere else.

Trying it first

You can use Accounts payable free for fourteen days from the first time you use it, with nothing to pay and no card asked for. When the trial ends it stops until you buy.

Updates

Your licence includes every update while it is paid up. New versions arrive on their own. Each instalment you pay moves your updates on a month. A year paid in full moves them on twelve months. If an instalment is missed, or the year ends, your copy keeps working exactly as it does that day, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow. New versions stop arriving, security fixes included, and Accounts payable shows a notice saying it is missing security and product updates. Reaching the dashboard from your phone stops too, because it runs for as long as updates do. When you pay what's owed, your copy gets the updates it missed.

Your licence renews into the next year by default, paid the same way. You can turn renewal off in the licence panel on your dashboard before the year ends. When card payments aren't available, renewal sends you an invoice. It never charges a card, and we keep no card on file. Paying early adds to the date your updates already run to.

What Accounts payable does

You bring supplier invoices in, and your open bills list. An agent reads each invoice into what it prints. Code checks that reading against the invoice's own words, and a second agent reads the invoice again. Each bill is shown with what to check before it is paid. When you ask for a payment run of the bills due by a day, an agent prepares it, code works it out again and a second agent checks it. You approve each invoice and each run.

What Accounts payable does not do

Check what it shows you against your own records before you rely on it or pay from it.

The AI it uses

Accounts payable is a plugin for Claude Code and runs on the Claude plan you already have. That plan is not included in the price, and Anthropic's own terms and usage limits apply to it. You can choose instead to run its agents' work on your own Anthropic key, your own OpenRouter key, or a Polyglyph model plan you buy separately. Each of those is under its own terms. Accounts payable is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

What you may not do

You may not copy, share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute Accounts payable or any part of it, including the licence file inside your copy. You may not remove or work around the licence check. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that the law where you live allows this regardless of these terms.

You may change the instructions Accounts payable's agents follow, for your own use of Accounts payable. You may not change Accounts payable, or any part of it, so that it does work another Polyglyph Analytica product does, or uses a feature, rule pack or capability your licence doesn't include. If a copy has been changed in this way, its check fails and it stops working, and we don't support it. Restoring the copy we supplied makes it work again. The licence check tells us whether your copy has been changed. It never sends what you changed.

Refunds

You can get a full refund of a licence year within 30 days of its start. After that the year stands. The refund policy has the whole of it.

When you buy, you agree to these terms. If you're buying as a consumer, you keep your 14-day right to cancel, even after you've downloaded Accounts payable.

No warranty

Accounts payable is provided as is. Polyglyph Analytica does not promise that it will catch every wrong invoice or bill, that what it shows is right for your circumstances, or that it is free of errors. What it shows is yours, or your accountant's, to check. To the extent the law allows, Polyglyph Analytica is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a payment you make or don't make.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in them takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.

Your data

Your invoices, bills and payment runs, and everything Accounts payable works out from them, stay on your computer. What leaves it, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.

Changes

The terms on this page on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a licence already bought.
